What we collect
When you use our Contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, the message you write, and whether you opt in to marketing communications. When you apply to a role through our Job Board, we collect your name, email, a link to your resume, and any notes you add. We don’t ask for more than we need to evaluate your enquiry or application.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, evaluate your candidacy for a role you’ve applied to, match you with relevant opportunities, and — if you’ve opted in — send you occasional updates about roles or hiring insights. We do not use your data for anything beyond running our recruitment services.
Who sees it
Your information is visible to authorised Destiny Hire team members through our internal, password-protected systems. If you’re a candidate being considered for a specific role, we share relevant application details with that hiring client as part of the standard recruitment process — we don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as it’s useful for the recruitment purpose you shared it for. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@destinyhire.com and we’ll act on it promptly.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies: one to keep you signed in to our internal CRM if you’re a team member, and one to remember that you’ve seen this notice. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
